Because each item in Phat Bagel Drop 001 is made to order during the preorder period, we’re unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once your order has been placed.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, reach out within 7 days of delivery at anna@phatbagel.com with your order number, a brief description, and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right if the problem was on our end.
